The Bessancourt housing project, located in the Meuniers eco-district, marked a milestone in my career as Project Manager at Architecture Studio. Promoted by Nafilyan & Partners, this residential complex quickly gained success thanks to its elegant architecture, affordable pricing, and HQE certification.
The houses, available in T3 and T4 layouts, feature a garage, terrace, and private garden. Their optimized orientation and environmental certification reflect our commitment to sustainable and comfortable living.
As Project Manager, I oversaw every stage, from design to completion, incorporating bioclimatic principles and high environmental performance.
This project illustrates the importance of a holistic approach and reflects my commitment to responsible architecture—a principle I continue to uphold at Daimon Design in Grasse.
