Housing in Bessancourt – Greater Paris – France
The residential project in Bessancourt, promoted by NAFILYAN & Partners and executed by Architecture Studio, benefited from my expertise as project manager. It stood out for its exemplary optimization of the SDP/SHON ratio and its strong architectural and landscape enhancement.
Characterized by a black cement façade and private outdoor spaces, the project incorporates a rainwater harvesting system to feed the landscaped swales, reflecting a responsible environmental approach.
The rounded entrance creates a smooth transition with the urban block, while the varied balconies prevent the monotony of conventional façades. Every architectural detail has been designed to combine functionality and aesthetics.
This project embodies a balanced vision of architecture, which I continue to uphold at Daimon Design, with an innovative and sustainable approach in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions.
Despite its impressive size, the building was designed to respect the human scale, featuring a mosaic of small, distinct yet coherent façades that promote harmonious integration with its surroundings.
